Clinique Mascara Review

Good evening everyone!

I thought I would share with you a quick review of Clinique’s ‘High Impact Mascara’.

As you can probably tell, this is a sample product as it’s really small, I always like to try out the samples before purchasing the full size product just in case I am not a fan – especially with mascara’s because I can be quite fussy.

Normally, I probably wouldn’t go for such a thick brush, I feel that thinner brushes give my lashes more length personally, and the thicker brushes are more for thickening up the lashes to make them look more full. However, I was all round chuffed with this product and am definitely going to be purchasing the full size.

Before I applied the mascara, I curled my lashes once to give them a bit of volume. The mascara went on very nicely. I did find it a little tricky to hold but that’s obviously because it’s a smaller bottle, but it did apply beautifully and I used about two coats.

Please excuse my eyebrows – safe to say they are due a pluck!

After the mascara is dry, I do curl my lashes again to give them a little bit more volume, but apart from that I think the mascara definitely did give my eyes ‘definition’ and looked gorgeous on. I have fallen in love with this mascara, and once I purchase the full size, I will probably use the sample size for my bottom lashes as it was perfect for them.

I have been wearing this mascara all day and my eyes still look great, it hasn’t gone clumpy or ‘crusty’. I removed it with my usual Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water’ and it came off beautifully.

Very very pleased with this product and I would 100% purchase the full size! You can buy the product on the link below!

Thank you so much for reading,

Lots of love, Laura x
